Where do I find my UPS Tracking Number?
Your UPS Tracking Number can be found with the shipping confirmation Email sent to you. You will receive this email when your order ships. You can also log-in to your account and click on My Account. All of your order information will be displayed including tracking information. If you still cannot find your tracking information, please call us at 909-227-5777. Please have your order number, full name, phone number and email address ready.

All items purchased from AdvancedToner.com will be shipped UPS to the 50 contigious United States. We use flat rate shipping prices for all orders regardless of size or quantity:

3 Day Shipping: $14.95
2 Day Shipping: $19.00
Next Day Shipping: $37.00
Same Day Shipping on most items
Most items purchased from AdvancedToner.com will be shipped the same day if ordered by 3:00 p.m. PST. Otherwise, the order will be shipped the next business day. *Certain special items may take an additional 1-2 days for processing.
Explanation of UPS Shipping Options
UPS does not count the day the item ships as an actual shipping day. The first shipping day is the following day. Saturday and Sunday also do not count as shipping days per UPS. Example: Order placed on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. and next day air is chosen. The order will not ship until Friday. The order will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is an option for Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, but you must call us to place a Saturday delivery order. There is a $15.00 UPS fee on top of the regular shipping rates for Saturday delivery.
What if I pay for 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air and it is delayed by UPS?
AdvancedToner.com is only responsible for shipping the above methods due to our shipping policy. If ordered by 3:30 p.m. PST, your expedited order will ship the same day. If you do not receive the items per UPS delivery guarantees, it is the customer's responsibility to contact UPS to file a complaint to receive credit.
Item Availability
Most items ordered from AdvancedToner.com will be in stock, if you order an item that is not in stock you will be notified within 24 hours. (based on regular business hours Monday-Friday) Most items put on back order will be shipped out within 7 business days. If items are backordered longer, it is due the manufacturer not having the product to send to us.
International shipping
International Shipping is available. Please call for rates and ordering information.
All orders from outside the United States must be paid in U.S. dollars and are subject to normal import duty, taxes, and customs clearance charges in the destination country. International shipping duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility; AdvancedToner.com has no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If a customer refuses shipment due to duties and taxes, or the package is returned because it can not be delivered for any reason, the customer will be liable for any costs incurred by AdvancedToner.com.
